Select NKS Pool and click the Enable button. Your wallet will ask you to confirm the action.
The On Button will now be replaced with Flexible and Locked. Click the button to bring up the stake menu.
For Fixed Term Stake just tap Locked, this will show you a new window, enter how much NKS you want to stake and how long you want to lock your NKS.
Below that, you will find a summary of your position, including profit, lock length, and unlock date and time. Double check to make sure you agree with the lock term and stake amount, click Confirm and confirm the transaction in your wallet.
Did you change your mind during the lock stake period? Nothing. You can always extend the length of your locked NKS by simply clicking "Extend" and choosing the length of time you want to add beyond the original lockout period.
Remember, the longer you lock in, the higher your productivity will be.
The maximum lock-in period is 52 weeks.
User new extended lock duration = initial lock duration + additional duration
For example: An user staked 1,438.45 NKS during the fixed staking period with an initial lockout of 10 weeks on May 7, 2023. On June 18, 2023 (6 weeks later, 4 weeks until the user's NKS unlocks), the user decides he wants to add 5 weeks to his lockout period.
Navigate to NKS Team and click Expand
Select the time period you want to add (5 weeks in this example). Note that your new lockout period will be equal to the original lockout period of 10 weeks plus the added 5 weeks for a new lockout period of 15 weeks.
Double-check to make sure you agree to the new extended key length and click Confirm.
Note: Please note that you cannot shorten the lock-up period nor withdraw your NKS ahead of time.
You can easily do that by extending your fixed-time stake position. Just click "Add NKS" and select the number of NKS you want to send. Please note that adding more NKS to an existing lock will reset your staking duration based on the remaining lock time, essentially “refreshing” your fixed-time staking position. This results in lower profit gains because your new lock duration is lower than your original lock length.
For example: An user staked 1,438.45 NKS in a fixed term staking with an initial lockout period of 10 weeks on May 7, 2023. On June 18, 2023 (6 weeks later, 4 weeks until the user's NKS unlocks), the user decides they want to add 100 NKS to the locked balance.
Navigate to NKS Teams and click Add NKS.
Select the amount of NKS you want to add to your locked balance (for this example, we are adding 100 NKS as the maximum balance in our wallet). Note that your profit increase is less than the initial profit increase because it is calculated using the 4-week lockout period instead of the original 10-week lockout period.
Double-check to make sure you agree with the amount of NKS added and the lockout period, then click Confirm.
